Last Monday (Nov.9) was my first day. It was ok I guess. There was nothing really interesting about it..just the typical 1st day---the nerves when you enter the room for the first time, no prof, new faces,waiting... thinking... and more wating...
Luckily, about 6 of my old blockmates were in the same block so I wasn't really a loner during the first day. Since it was the 2nd semester and some already knew each other, we were like divided into groups. I wasn't a "loner" but I actually prefer the situation during our 1st day in college--- when we were all strangers. Why? Well I guess it triggered everyone to make new friends and mingle with each other which made us MORE THAN JUST BLOCKMATES. It just felt really different during the 1st semester. :(
Ok fine. So maybe I'm expecting too much. We've only been together for about 2 days so there's still a lot of time for that, right?
Anyways, we saw some of our old blockmates and it's as if we haven't seen each other for months! *Hugs* and high pitched "Hello"s and "How are you?"s were everywhere. We're still a bit bummed that we didn't end up together in the same block but were still glad because we will still be seeing each other. As a matter of fact, most of us will be having our 1st and 2nd periods during Mondays on the same floor and building! How cool is that ?! :D
hhmmm...So that's it. That's all for today. I still have homeworkS to do (Yes. That's with an "s") so I really have to go. I'll be updating soon. :) Bye..!note: Sorry for the typos and grammatical errors :)
